This little beauty of a recipe was conceived in a hurry – unexpected visitors arriving, and I needed something to go with coffee at the end of dinner.

Hey presto, Nut & Berry Chocolate Bark was born!

So easy to make, it looks amazing with the colours of the nuts, seeds and fruit glistening against the chocolate. The fruit look like jewels and the tiny salt flakes sparkle in the light. It’s a feast for the eyes and the tastebuds!

1

Place the chocolate into a microwavable bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Remove and stir. Repeat at 15 second intervals until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Note: Don’t overheat the chocolate or it will seize and be ruined.

2

Pour the melted chocolate over a tray lined with baking paper and spread it out with a spatula. Tap the tray on the bench gently to remove any air bubbles that may be in the chocolate and to flatten any lumps and bumps.

3

Generously sprinkle with the Nut & Berry Granola, then sprinkle with flaked salt for taste – a little goes a long way.
